The results for the MBBS Entrance Examinations 2019 have been released by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences for the examinations conducted in the month of April, 2019.
Students who have qualified the entrance examinations need to undergo counseling. The schedule for the online seat allocation for counseling will be updated on the official website and the counseling results will be declared by June 18, 2019.
MBBS classes are set to begin from August 1, 2019.

Registrations for this year were a two stage process comprising of Basic Registration & Final Registration. In the first stage, the candidates who were willing to appear for the entrance examination in 2019 or 2020 could apply. In this step, candidates were required to fill in their personal details & were required to upload images as per the specifications provided. There was no fee for the basic registration. Basic registration was completed by December 12, 2018, by 5:00 PM.
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has started the registration process for Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) examination from November 30. The application was to be submitted online on official site.
The details & uploaded images were screened after the first stage. Hence, there was adequate time to correct errors & deficiencies. Candidates were notified on the acceptance or rejection of their registration. Status was available from January 3, 2019.
Candidates who are willing to appear in the current year’s entrance exams can continue their final registrations. The final registration & the complete details about the AIIMS MBBS 2019 will be available from January 29, 2019. Applicants can fill in the remaining details such as qualification details, choose the available city for the examination & make the necessary payments.
Basic details for the candidates will be valid for subsequent years’ AIIMS MBBS exams.
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi is conducting the entrance examination leading to the admission in MBBS 2019 courses in AIIMS, New Delhi & fourteen other AIIMS (Bathinda, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Deogarh, Gorakhpur, Jodhpur, Kalyani, Mangalagiri, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, Rae Bareli, Rishikesh & Telangana).
Eligibility Criteria for AIIMS MBBS 2019:
- Candidates who have passed / appearing / appeared in 12th class examinations (in 10+2 scheme) or its equivalent with the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology & desirous of applying for MBBS course of AIIMS.
- Candidates who have secured aggregate of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST, 45% for OPH) in English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology in 12th class examination (in 10+2 scheme) & fulfill other eligibility criteria.
